Audience Insights Research Analyst

Full Time

The Audience Insights Research Analyst will help us develop a program that provides independent publishers with best-in-class internal market research capabilities that will help to power their strategy and planning.  The successful candidate will have an interest in research and statistics, strong time management and active listening skills, and an astute ability to synthesize these data into a compelling and actionable narrative for our publishers. 

The successful candidate will possess strong writing and data visualization skills and have a passion for digital and independent creators.  

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Work closely with publishers to identify important research questions and research territories. 
  • Support full-cycle research projects using a balance of quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Communicate insights in creative and compelling ways to inform decision-making and long-term strategy.
  • Help develop efficiencies, streamlined workflows, and training to help us scale insights to broader groups of publishers. 

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the job:

  • Strong writing and data visualization abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience within the marketing and advertising industry would be advantageous, with a keen interest in the latest trends, best practices and thought leadership in the industry
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python or business intelligence tools is a plus.
