Senior Software Engineering Manager - Ad Code Team

CafeMedia is hiring a Senior Software Engineering Manager to help continue to build out our Ad Code product and team. You will lead a team of software engineers and expand that team in a sustainable manner. You will mentor and coach individuals, helping them develop personally and professionally.
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- Coherent understanding of agile software development practices and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement to delivery capabilities including speed, quality, and reliability.
- Experience collaborating and partnering with product managers to help with feature planning, estimation, and delivery risk mitigation.
- Track record of being able to reinforce engineering and organizational identity within their team.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$250,000. The range provided is CafeMedia’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
